4- In order to reach the healthy weight, it is moved on to the nutrition programs suitable to the person’s structure for weight loss by the dietician after the detected diseases (if any) are medically treated.
The person can lose weight without interrupting the daily life, by maintaining the social life as her/his own conditions require and without endangering her/his health. The nutrients necessary for our body can be consumed without passing the balance between the basic food groups and the daily-spent energy. Weakness, exhaustion and short temper are not experienced much during the program. There are no special foods on the daily menu. The foods and meals that can be easily found anytime and anywhere are suggested. The weight must be checked by the dietician every week. The weight maintenance program must be started after reaching the targeted weight.
