Alkali Diet

Alkali diet is a diet that is regulated according to whether the consumed food has an acidic or alkali effect in the body. The purpose of the alkali diet which has been much sought after in 2014 is to regulate the acid-alkali balance of the body.
The most dangerous thing in the body according to the alkali diet is that the blood acidifies too much. The person gets weakened against the illnesses, the immunity system of the body reduces and the body resists not to lose weight as a result of acidification. The main reason for all of the illnesses and the lipidosis in the waist circumference is that the extra acid load accumulated in the body cannot be removed from the body. The factors such as stress, environment cause the acid load in the body to increase and weaken the person against the illnesses. The blood acidity is reduced with alkali nutrition and the acid-alkali balance in the body of the person is regulated. Alkali diet is a balance diet rather than a weight loss diet. The foods in the alkali diet divide according to the pH scale; acid (pH 0-6), neuter (pH 6-7), alkali (pH 8-14). This scale divides according to the pH balance regulation of the blood after taking the foods into the body. For example, while lemon is an acidic food, it is used in the alkali diet since it shows an alkali effect after taking into the body.
Meat types, cheese, alcohol, carbonated beverages, white flour, artificial sweeteners are among the main foods that make the pH of the blood acidic. Alkali foods include fruits and vegetables, olive oil and alkali water. According to the alkali diet, 75-80% of the daily nutrition should be with alkali foods and 25-30% with acidic foods. Meat and meat types are hardly included in nutrition. The proteins of vegetable origin (vegetables, soy products) are preferred rather than the ones of animal origin.
